Hen's night belly dance will indulge in the movement and music of this ancient, feminine and mystical art. Ulah will come to your chosen venue, stocked with jangling belly dance coin belts for you to tie on your hips and with a great repertoire of belly dancing moves that will soon be yours!

• Hens enjoy a beautiful and inspirational belly dancing performance by Ulah
• Tie on your hips jingling belly dancing coin belts, hens will not be able to help but wiggle and giggle.
• Experience the exhilaration and belly laughs associated with learning simple, theatrical belly dance moves - a drum solo and a veil dance.
• Wrap on vibrant shimmering veils and Middle Eastern garments for a colourful belly dancing hens group photo.
• Lastly hens will enjoy a belly dancing solo performance by Ulah - with a little cheeky interaction with the hens. Then all hens will form a circle around the bride to be and belly dance around her in celebration of her up and coming wedding.

I will come to you. Your home is perfect (or venue of your choice,hotel/hall). Otherwise I can arrange a great studio in the city.

Hens Participant Guidelines:

All ages shapes and sizes of belly dancing hens are welcome. Mums, Grandmas and Aunties have a great time also. Every hen is to join in unless they have an exceptional excuse (eg. health reasons / please advise). This is a low impact activity. No dance experience is required.

Hens Dress:

Something comfortable you can dance in, your hen's night belly dance party dress! Don't forget your widest hens teeth smile!?
