Performance

Enthrall and touch your audience with Ulah’s carefully thought out wedding belly dance show which will be a little romantic, a little more cheeky and above all very uplifting and bring smiles to your guests.

Enjoy a beautiful romantic veil and isis wings belly dance performance which has an undulating, flowing feel. Superb instrumentals are used to set a gorgeous dreamy passionate wedding mood. The bride and groom will be enticed onto the dance floor for a short moment for a shimmy together during this piece which always goes down a treat. The mood is then brought up with great lively pieces of music and belly dance which brings energy to the wedding celebration. Dynamic dance pieces may include drum solos, stick, zil (finger cymbals) or sword.

The last belly dance piece is one to get the bride and groom, then the rest of the wedding party and finally as many guests as many guests as possible up and dancing around the newlyweds.

• Option to add a live drummer to the show which adds allot of energy. I will only use exceptional energetic Arabic drummers with charismatic appeal and excellent presentation (authentic costume). Al Zaffa (wedding procession to present and lead the bridal party into the wedding reception) into Performance:

Ulah (plus drummers) lead you into the reception presenting you to your guests as husband and wife and in celebration of your marriage. We will lead you through your guests and to your seats. The show is then similar to the performance as described above and begins as soon as the wedding party is seated.

• A great way to signal the start of the celebration and for the bridal party to make a fabulous extravagant entrance into the reception. Also excellent as it kick stars the evening by entertaining the guests and immediately lifts the mood.

Meet and Greet/Pre wedding reception:

Ulah plus your choice of musicians (drummer, Arabic guitarist (playing oud) or flutist player if you wish) will entertain and greet your guests as they arrive and mingle. This is improvised dancing and is very interactive with the guests as we have cheeky fun with them, entertain, dance, play and interact with your guests.
